Who We Are

The Sino–Ghana Research Center for West Africa (SGRC-WA) is a collaborative hub that links China, Ghana, and the broader West African region. Located at the School of Foreign Studies & Trade (SFST), HUAT, it brings people, ideas, and institutions together to promote meaningful research and cultural understanding.

Our work covers four main areas:

- Education, policy, and socio-economic transformation

- Language, communication, and digital humanities

- Environment, energy, and sustainable futures

- Automotive, materials, and industrial innovation

Through collaborative research, academic exchanges, translation projects, and strategic partnerships, SGRC-WA promotes knowledge advancement and enhances cooperation across continents.
